Tough Viking is a spectacular 12 km obstacle race taking place on the 1st of September in Stockholm. During spring 2013 Tough Viking signed a deal with the Swedish media company Metro, making Metro the race’s media partner.
ActivateMe helped Metro activate their partnership. The task was to prepare two of Metros teams, competing in the race, for the challenge. The assignment involved creating a training program, carrying out training sessions with the two teams, coaching the team members and spreading the word about the activities through social media channels such as blogs, FunBeat (training community), Twitter and Instagram.
