ActivateMe Training Club

ActivateMe Training Club provides functional training, performed under high intensity in small groups. The training consists of an inspiring mix of well-known concepts, such as running, CrossFit, TRX, Tabata, sports performance, martial arts etc.

Concept

ActivateMe Training Club is a six-week program consisting of two workouts per week. The training is performed in small groups of 10 – 20 participants and two coaches. The work outs basically suit everyone because all exercises are performed based on every individuals personal capacity. Each participant is tested (physically) before, during and after each program to monitor and track his or her level of fitness.

Objectives

The main objectives are to make training used by professional athletes for decades available to as many as possible and give people tools so they will be able to work out anytime and anywhere. Last but not least, because this is what we love to do!
